Packing Installation:
NOTE: The Adhesive version of the metering pump uses Rod Guide and Cup Seal
in place of the Packing Set. The procedure for the installation of the Rod Guide
and Cup Seal are below in the next section.
7. Install the Packing Nut, Rod Sleeve and Packing Set (02021-1) onto the Piston
Rod.
8. Carefully insert the Piston Rod through the Outlet Body.
NOTE: Care must be taken to not scratch the Piston Rod.
9. Carefully press the Piston Rod Packing Set (02021-1) into Outlet Body.
NOTE: Care must be taken to not damage the Piston Rod Packing Set.
10. Screw the Packing Nut into the Outlet Body. Screw the Packing Nut until the
Packing Set bottom in the Outlet Body cavity. Lightly snug the packing nut with
finger.
