Metering Pump Assembly:
1. Insert the 7/16” SS Ball (9201-1-14) into the Inlet Body (4101-7-1).
2. Position an O-Ring (O-S-014) onto the notched end of the Cylinder (4102-6-1).
3. Screw the notched end of the Cylinder (4102-6-1) into the Inlet Body (4101-7-1). Turn by
hand until it bottoms on the Inlet Body, “snug tight”.
4. Thread the Lock Nut (4101-1-1) onto the Cylinder (4102-6-1) until it bottoms on the Cylinder
shoulder.
5. Install an O-Ring (O-S-014) onto the long threaded end of the Cylinder (4102-6-1).

Install the Packing Nut (4102-3-1), Upper Guide (4102-4-1) and Packing Set (4102-5-1)
onto the Piston Rod (4102-2-1). See orientation of the Packing Set below.
NOTE
Care must be taken to not scratch or dent SS Ball.
NOTE
Take care not to damage the O-ring on the threads.
