Air Cylinder Disassembly:
1. Remove the Quick Pin (7203-8-1) from the Piston Rod (VPH-10008). Lift the
Connector Retainer (VPH-10010) up and remove the two Rod Connectors (VPH-
10009).
2. Remove the five (5) Hex nuts (F-HN-06F) from the Tie Rods (VPH-5003).
3. Pull the Upper End Cap (VPH-10002) off the Cylinder (VPH-10003).
4. Carefully lift the Cylinder (VHP-10003) off the Piston and Piston O-ring.
5. Slide the Piston Rod (VPH-10008) up from the Lower End Cap (VPH-10002).
6. Use a pair of Snap Ring Pliers to remove the Snap Ring (7205-2-26) from the Piston Rod
Bushing (VPH-10011).
7. Remove the Piston Rod Bushing from the Lower End Cap
8. Replace all O-rings and coat with lithium grease (8465). Coat the inside of the
Cylinder, Piston rod and Piston rod bushing with lithium grease (8465).
