Introduction:
The RT-5000 RTM Injector Trigger for Resin Meter has a reset button for resetting the
counter to zero. The RT-5000 can be used in conjunction with the CB-5000-PRV, CB-
5000-PRV-AIR or CB-5000-PRV. This package is a modular system used to manually
control the RTM process. It can be used with a basic Primax pumping system or added
to an existing RTM system. This small control box connects to the unit with
approximately 12 feet of line allowing the operator to control the RTM process from a
position away from the gun.
The RT-5000 gives the option to control the following components:
• RTM Valve ON (injection port)
• RTM Valve OFF (injection port)
• Gun ON
• Gun OFF
• Air Purge / Flush
• Solvent Purge / Flush
• Resin Meter Reset
