Testing the System:
To test the Cat Sense function while the catalyst is being pumped, simply adjust the
flow by unlocking the side adjustment screw and sliding the Cat Sense Body assembly
upwards on the flow sensor body to activate the alarm.
Another way is when the unit is active (gun on / start signal active) reduce the machine
pump output speed to zero and the whistle alarm will signal, indicating a zero catalyst
flow condition. For units with a catalyst manifold the catalyst pressure dump ball valve
can also be opened to cause the catalyst alarm to sound.
NOTE: At very low flow rates the whistle alarm may sound sooner than when the
pump stops entirely.
