Agitation Impellers…
The agitators, can receive, in addition to traditional propellers, patented propellers HPM, Sabre ® ,
anchors, ribbon, self-suction turbine and any propeller designed by the customer.

The role of agitation in the manufacture of a product can be simple (suspension, homogenisation), it can also be the
heart of your process (reaction, thermal transfer...). Whatever is the degree of importance of agitation, no mediocrity,
no failure is accepted as well on the level of the effectiveness as on reliability. It is frequent that a solution of well
designed agitation can make the productivity progress from 10 to 50% !
This is why, mixers are designed in close cooperation with the user.

MILTON ROY MIXING Laboratory has several targets :
• Studies intended to improve propellers efficiency (shape, flowrate...)
• Studies of basic chemical process placed in particular conditions (crystallization, solid suspension …)
• To confirm a mixing solution for a new project
• To assist the customer in his process improvement
To achieve these goals MILTON ROY MIXING has several transparent vessels (up to 5000L) and hydraulic related
softwares.
