Due to security reasons, if you have not viewed the FLO TV service for over 60 days
your service will be placed on “Hold”. In order to refresh your service, please call FLO
TV
Customer Care at 1-888-99-FLOTV (888-993-5688).

If your device isn’t playing the FLO TV service or displaying channel
information within 10 minutes, try powering off/on. If it still doesn’t
receive the FLO TV service, call FLO TV Customer Care at
888-99-FLOTV (888-993-5688).
