With the liner separate from the seal support and with the special plastic pin (1, fig. 115), have the high
pressure packing come out (1, fig. 116).
The HP packing (1, fig. 116) will have to be replaced at each disassembly.
2.2.4 Assembling the Plunger Unit - Supports - Seals
To reassemble the various components, reverse the operations paying special attention to the various
sequences listed below. For tightening torque valves and sequences, follow the instructions contained in
Section 3.
Insert the upper brush in the liner
For proper axial positioning of the brush, use the special tool part #F27921100 for SM14,
part #F27921200 for SM16, part #F27921300 for SM18, part #F279111200 for SM20, part
#F27911400 for SM22 and part #F27911500 for SM24. (1, fig. 118).
