since the agent logged into this media

channel. IC Manager computes handled
contacts by taking the difference
between <media>.contactsoffered and
<media>.abandoned.

used to throttle delivery of ADUs.

The maximum number of contacts that
can be concurrently assigned to the
agent through this media channel.
