Install side frames.
Do not tighten any bolts until all
parts are assembled.
Install cross brace. Note: off-center
hole on brace closest to front of cart
(see arrow).
Install tear blade and guide.
Install base plate assembly.
Install upper cross brace.
Install upper cross brace. Insert
plastic knobs. Install tape hub (see
diagram 1, page 3)
