3. The Hardware Acceleration option in the EZ Video Converter but your computer’s video
does not support hardware acceleration.
1. In EZ Video Converter, click the Home icon the upper-left of the screen.
2. Click
SETUP, then General, then Display Settings.
3. Set Hardware Acceleration to Off.
4. Then click Save.
4. Your system requires an updated version of Direct X to be installed.
