1 Passenger/Right Sidebar 4 1/2 ” x 1-3/8” OD x 3/32” Flat Washers
2 Rear Mounting Brackets 2 1/2 ” Lock Washers
2 Front Mounting Brackets 2 12-1.75mm x 40mm Hex Bolts
1 Rear Offset Connector Bracket (95-98 Model) 4 12mm x 32mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
2 Straight Connector Brackets (99-04 Model) 4 12mm Lock Washers
2 Rear Top Clamps 4 12mm Hex Nuts
2 Rear Bottom Clamps 4 10-1.50mm x 45mm Hex Bolts
2 12mm Plastic Retainers 4 10mm x 27mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
2 12-1.75mm Bolt Plates 4 10mm Lock Washers
2 1/2” x 2” Flat Head Bolts (front mount)
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. Select the passenger Sidebar and place it on a clean working area. Attach the front Mounting Bracket
to the Sidebar using the included (1) 1/2 ” x 2” Flat Head Bolts, (Figure 1). NOTE: Use the counter sunk
hole to attach the Sidebar to the front Mounting Bracket.
3. Bolt the rear Mounting Bracket to the Sidebar using the included (1) 1/2 ” x 2” Hex Bolt, (1) 1/2” Lock
Washer and (1)
1/2” Flat Washer, (Figure 2). NOTE: Make sure the rear Mounting Bracket is
positioned so the (2) vertical slots on the Bracket are forward, (front of vehicle). Use the bottom round
hole on the Bracket to bolt the Bracket to the Sidebar.
