Caller ID operation

25

This telephone deletes the earliest entry when the log is full to
make room for new calls. The call log stores information about the
last 80 incoming calls.

NOTES:
The caller’s name (up to 16 characters) is sent by your telephone service
provider if you subscribe to caller ID/call waiting service.
The area code of the caller is not displayed if it is programmed as the home
area code.
If you do not answer a call, the screen displays the call information for about
10 seconds after the ringing stops.

How call log works

A number (from 01 to 80) is assigned for
each incoming call. The most recent call
will have the highest number. If you receive
more than one call from a particular
telephone number, only the newest entry
from that number will be saved and

REP

appears with the caller ID entry. When the
memory is full, the oldest call information is replaced by the new
incoming call information.
