Diverter replacement
4100, 4200, 4700, 4800
series faucets.
1- Unscrew and remove swivel cap (a).
2- Pull up on the spout swivel (b) and remove the
spout assembly.
3- Insert a phillips style screwdriver through the
water passage holes in the riser top to loosen the
riser assembly, the whole assembly should turn
and unscrew from the riser base
4- Using a needle nose pliers or small hook, remove
old diverter (e) by pulling it straight up.
5- Insert the new diverter (d) by pushing straight
down.
6- Re-install riser base, spout assembly and swivel
cap and check for leaks.
