Wire Pan Racks
Wire pan racks are ideal for cooling, transporting, storing
and proofing.
Holds 18" x 26" aluminum pans and plastic trays.
End Load Holds (1) 18” x 26” Full Sheet Pans
Side Load Holds (2) 18” x 14” Half Sheet Pans
Pan slides spaced 1½" apart allow for a variety of high
and low profile products.
Mobile work stations have an ideal working height of 32”,
ideal for food preparation and storage.
Constructed of chrome steel wire pan slides secured to an
aluminum frame. 8" clearance from base of unit to floor.
Maneuvers easily on four 5" heavy duty polyurethane
swivel stem casters.
Donut Screen Rack
Ideal for proofing and transporting donuts.
Designed to hold (20) 23" x 23" standard donut screens
or (20) 24" x 24" glazing screens.
Constructed of 1" all welded heavy duty aluminum square
tubing and angle slides, runners spaced 3" apart.
Maneuvers easily on four 5" polyurethane swivel stem
casters.
