Ford F250 4WD with Camper Package

Please read instructions thoroughly and completely before beginning installation.

Position truck on a flat surface and the front wheels are blocked to prevent a rollout. Use a minimum 3

ton hydraulic floor jack or use of a two post lift if available. Make sure that the emergency brake is on.

Please note that this 4” block kit will

replace the factory 2” block kit and
provide 2” of additional lift over the
factory ride height.

DANGEROUS TO YOU AND OTHERS,
AND IS ILLEGAL IN MOST STATES.

Rear Block Installation

Remove the four 24mm nuts and the u
-bolts from one side of the vehicle.

Note:

Prior to lifting the vehicle, measure the stock height so that you
have a base line to gauge after the kit has been installed. Measur-
ing the vehicle from the bottom of the wheel to the lip of the fender
is recommended.

Using a jack and block of wood, carefully raise

the truck by the leaf spring until OEM block is
loose and there is enough room the for new
block. Install the ReadyLift® 4” rear block.

Please make note that the arrow on the top

of the block points to the front of the truck.

Lower the jack and make sure that the leaf
spring center pins goes into the hole on the top
of the block and the center pins on the block go

into the axle pad. Install ReadyLift® u-bolts and
the nuts provided in the kit. With the

suspen-

sion

at curb height, tighten the nuts evenly in a

cross-type pattern in 4 stages.
 Stage 1: Tighten to 37 ft. lbs.
 Stage 2: Tighten to 74 ft. lbs.

 Stage 3: Tighten to 111 ft. lbs.
 Stage 4: Tighten to 148 ft. lbs.
