Mid-mount rack kit
ATTENTION
This hardware kit is a universal kit, and some hardware will not be used in this installation.
Install the rack hardware
1. Unpack the rack kit.
2. Ensure that there is 15U of space for the VDX 8770-8.
3. Align the holes in the saddle with the holes on the mounting posts and attach the saddle using six 10-32 x .63
pan head screws that were provided in the kit (three screws on each post, in the two top holes and one bottom
hole). The saddle attaches to the rear of the posts. See
