Launching the Free Notes

Double clicking the Free Notes icon on the desktop.

Select Start > Programs > Free Notes & Office Ink > Free
Notes to launch the program.
The Workspace
Free Notes offer two modes - Letter Mode and Desktop Mode for
users.
Letter Mode
By default, Free Notes opens in Letter Mode, pictured below. The first
time you run the program, an empty database file (Untitled.Fns) will be
opened. The workspace consists of a Title Bar, Toolbar, and Control Bar.

1. Title Bar: Double-click the Title bar to enlarge the program window
to its greatest size; click Restore icon to return the window to
its previous size; click Minimize icon to hide the program
window; click Close icon to close the program.
2. Toolbar: This consists of icons for concerns systematic functions.
3. Letter paper: For users free handwrite or draw on this space.
