Every 12 months:
• Check the flexible hoses and rubber bands for
cracks or damage; replace if necessary.
• Check the inside of the extraction arm and clean it
thoroughly.
• Check the friction setting of the hood hinge. Adjust if
necessary (Refer to Fig. 6). Refer to “Adjustment of
Friction” portion of Installation section of this manual.
• Check the operation of the airflow throttle valve.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Every 3 months:
• Check the integrity of the outside of the extraction
arm and clean it with a non-aggressive detergent.
• Check the friction setting of the rotating hinge and
telescopic movement of the arm (Refer to Fig. 6);
adjust if necessary. Refer to “Adjustment of Friction”
portion of Installation section of this manual.
