This is simply two blocks and bolts with wing nuts.
One block with a channel cut in it at my favorite
angle so there is no messing with it . You wouldn’t
need the channel but I like having it pre-set every
time.
Works with the new Tool Bar or the one that comes
with the unit.

Once the skew chisel is set in the wood block
fixture, simply set the Tool Bar Height so that the
bevel lays flat on the abrasive disc.

Or you can create a set up jig similar to this one
for a repeatable Tool Stick Out setting.
A similar block can be used to set repeatable
Tool Bar Height setting.

Once you have acheived your optimal bevel grind
angle, measure the bar height distance above the
wheel and the Tool Stick Out distance from the jig.
Record these two set ups on the jig for faster,
repeatable sharpenings.
