Probe Maintenance
1. Check that alignment scribe marks are present on the flow meter as shown in Figure 13.

2. Disassemble the 3 main components of the flow meter as shown in Figure 14 by unscrewing
counterclockwise.
3. Inspect o-rings for wear and cracks and replace as necessary.
4. Inspect all thread surfaces for burrs and dirt. Deburr and clean thoroughly before reassembly.
