Getting started:

Plug the power cable into the back of the unit
and then into the mains supply.

To switch the speaker on, press the power
switch at the back of the unit.

GEAR4 will appear on the LCD display for
approximately 30 seconds whilst the Wi-Fi
module configures. ‘AirPlay’ will then appear
to indicate the speaker is ready for set-up.

To switch between modes, press the MODE
button to scroll between the options (AirPlay /
FM / AUX / iPod ).

iPod / FM / AUX).

To stream music wirelessly to the AirZone
Series 1, the unit first needs to be registered

to your wireless home network.

Press the MENU button on the remote control.

Press or to scroll until Wi-Fi is shown.
Press ENTER. Scroll again using the or

keys until the desired network is shown.

Press ENTER and then input your Wi-Fi pass

code. Use the or keys or the ROTARY

VOLUME CONTROL to scroll between

characters. Move to the next character by

pressing

on the remote control or on the

speaker. Press Enter when finished. After a
few seconds the display will show ‘Wi-Fi’.

Now press MODE to return to the main

screen. Your speaker is set-up and ready to

use. You only need to perform this

configuration once.

Note: Depending on the configuration of your

Wi-Fi router, your password may be case-

sensitive. Please check before entering your

Wi-Fi password into the AirZone Series 1.

For use with iPod touch / iPhone

/ iPad / PC / Mac using iTunes:

Using your iPod touch, iPhone, iPad or iTunes

on your PC or Mac, you can stream music
wirelessly to the AirZone Series 1, over Wi-Fi.
