Main Menu Buttons
Begin Programming [P]—Touch the button or press the “P” key to access the Program Repeater
menu that allows you to add, remove, or change serial numbers of transmitters that are sending
transmissions to the repeater and to perform other programming functions.
View Log [V]—Touch the button or press the “V” key to access a screen that provides access to
records of SRP actions. Records are listed by date and time.
Settings [S]—Touch the button or press the “S” key to access the Settings screen that allows
you to specify a port for the repeater or infrared (IR) cable and change other options.
Done [X]—Touch the button or press the “X” key to exit the Serial Repeater Programmer. As a
safeguard, you will see:
Settings Screen
Settings will be displayed when you touch the Settings [S] button on the Main Menu or press “S”
on the keyboard.
Prior to using this screen, connect the Trimble Ranger to the repeater with the supplied DB9
null-modem serial cable.
