Field contact jumper (J1) has not
been removed. AUTO MODE.
Remove jumper and wire the
terminals to the processing
machine relay.
Field contact to the processing
machine has failed. Check wiring/check the relay on
the processor.
Motor switch has failed. Replace.
Field contact to process machine
missing or loose.
Correct.
Control relay has failed. Replace.
Motor control has failed. Replace.
Optional timer set incorrectly. Reset.
Motor will not stop.
Optional timer has failed. Replace.
Signal from motor speed sensor
missing.
Secure the sensor connections.
Motor control has failed. Replace.
Motor speed sensor has failed. Replace.
Motor runs only at maximum
speed.
Motor speed sensor magnet
misaligned.
Adjust.
Intermittent signal from motor
speed sensor.
Secure the sensor connections.
Motor speed sensor has failed. Replace.

Motor speed not constant.
Material flow problem. Inspect for blockage, etc.
Additive is contaminated by
color from previous run. Feeder was not cleaned
adequately prior to operation. See Section 6-2 on Page 39 for

Power not applied Using a volt meter, verify that a
voltage is measured between the
L and N terminal block
positions.
Display is blank.
Defective unit. Contact technical service.
Display is dim. Display intensity.
Check wiring/check the relay on
the processor.
