3.4 Factory Default Settings
Before configurating this WebShare 241, you need to know the following default settings.
• Username: admin
• Password : atlantis
• IP Address : 192.168.1.254
• Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
• DHCP server is enabled.
3.4.1 Username and Password
The default username and password are admin and atlantis respectively.
If you ever forget the password to log in, you may press the RESET button to
restore the factory default settings. After turning the router on press the
Emergency/Failure Recovery Button on the back of the modem, and hold the
button in until all lights on the modem flash and it reboots with factory default
settings (approximately 10 seconds). The login will be reset to admin and the
password will be reset to admin, and the modem will be accessible via its
default IP address at http://192.168.1.254/
3.4.2 LAN and WAN Port Addresses
The parameters of LAN and WAN ports are pre-set in the factory. The default values are
shown below.
