Emergency Reports
Replacing the DK Paper Roll (Re-order No. DK-N5224)
Remove the empty spool by
lifting up and out of the machine. Press and hold the ON/OFF
button to turn off the machine.
Firmly hold the front of the
machine and lift open the DK
Roll compartment cover. Put the new spool into the spool
guides of the DK Roll compartment.
Close the DK Roll Compartment cover and press the
ON/OFF button to turn the machine ON. Press the FEED
and CUT buttons (if necessary) to properly align paper. Thread the end of the DK Paper
Roll all the way through the slot
as shown in the illustration.
In case of an emergency, click the button.
The list of visitors who have signed in can be printed or displayed.
Emergency reports are not printed on your Brother QL Label Printer. Emergency reports are printed
on the default printer which is assigned by the Administrator. We recommend assigning a default
printer that prints to letter size paper.
