E-mail Field - Specify the name of the field that contains the e-
mail address.
Search Base - Specify where to begin the search, e.g.
o=companyname,
c=countrycode.
Filter - Specify an LDAP filter in order to reduce the length of the
destination list. The filter can be a real LDAP filter, e.g.
(givenName=*). You can also specify a list of conditions, e.g.
mail=adm*,telephoneNumber=+1 800*. In this case, the AXIS 700
will generate a real LDAP filter.
• External Address Book from a File (e-mail and file destinations) -
Select this option to read an external address book from a file on
an FTP server.
FTP Server - Specify the name or IP address of the FTP server.
User - Specify the user name for logging on to the FTP server. If
left blank, the User and Password specified on the Destination
Defaults page will be used.
Password - Specify the password for logging on to the FTP server.
If the User field is left blank, this setting will be ignored.
Confirm - Confirm the password to make sure it was spelled
correctly.
Directory - Specify the directory on the FTP server where the file
is stored. If left blank, the root directory on the FTP server will be
used.
File Name - Specify the name of the file. The file must be a text
file using the following syntax:
