Use Another Phone to Access Messages
1. Dial your wireless phone number.
2. When your voicemail answers, tap the asterisk key on the phone (

3. Enter your password.
Phone Call Options
Your phone application provides many useful features and options to help you make the most of
your calling experience.
Caller ID
Caller ID allows people to identify a caller before answering the phone by displaying the number
of the incoming call. If you do not want your number displayed when you make a call, follow
these steps.
1. Tap

Note: To permanently block your number, call Sprint Customer Service.
Call Waiting
When you
‟re on a call, Call Waiting alerts you of incoming calls by sounding a beep instead of a
ring. Your phone's screen informs you that another call is coming in and displays the caller
‟s
phone number (if it is available).
To respond to an
incoming call while you„re on a call:
