Factory Reset
How can I perform a
factory reset if I can’t
access the phone’s
setting menu?
How to perform a factory reset:
1. Turn the power off.
2. Press and hold the following keys at
the same time: Home Key
+ Volume Down Key + Power/
Lock Key
.
3. Release all of the keys when the
Android robot animation is displayed.
4. The phone will perform a factory
reset and reboot to your Home
screen.
Attention:
If a factory reset is performed, all
installed applications and user data will
be erased. Please remember to back up
any important data before performing a
factory reset.
Battery
installing
Phone locked up and
does not function
Remove the battery and install it to
restart your phone again. (similar
to how you may restart your PC/
computer).
Power Reset
In the case of a malfunction or lock up
error, press and hold the Power/Lock
Key for 8 seconds to reset the phone.
