• To login to Enterprise Manager using CLI, enter the following command:
semscli –h <Host name/Host IP> -u <User ID> -p <password>
Upon successful login, the shell prompt appears.
NOTE: If the current authentication mechanism is LDAP, you must enter the User Id in the
following format:
domain name / user id

To view the details about how to use the CLI Client, choose one of the following options:

To view help content without logging into Enterprise Manager, open a command prompt, and
enter the following command:
--help
