“Mirror unit number” of the Snapshot pair, formed with the P-VOL. The storage system assumes
the same numbers of P-VOLs as S-VOLs. For example, when a P-VOL is paired with three S-VOLs,

MU

though just one P-VOL exists, the system assumes that there are three P-VOLs. These “virtual”
P-VOLs are mirror units, MUs. The MU#s identify the virtual P-VOLs seen only by the system.

If the pair is in SMPL status, three hyphens (---) will display.
