printing guidelines
Use only cards and small media that meet the printer's paper size specifications. For
the printer's paper size specifications, see size specifications .
preparing to print a single index card
1. Place the card into the single envelope slot.
2. Push the card forward until it stops.
If printing on a card smaller than 4 in. x 6 in., load the card in the In tray
rather than the single envelope slot.
preparing to print multiple index cards and other small media
1. Remove the Out tray.
2. Slide out both paper guides, then remove all paper from the In tray.
3. Align the card edges.
4. Place no more than 60 cards in the In tray.
5. Push the cards forward until they stop.
6. Slide the paper width guide firmly against the edges of the cards.
7. Slide the paper length guide all the way in, then slide the fine length guide
firmly against the cards.
