5 Troubleshooting
This chapter describes common errors with appropriate resolutions.
Q1. The test execution status displays timed out.
A1. Increase the test execution timeout in seconds in the RMO_Config.xml file, which is located
in theapplicationConfigurationXml folder at the following location:

Folder location for Linux, Solaris, and HPUX: /opt/rmodt/RMODTTomcat/webapps/
RMDWeb/resources/applications/applicationConfigurationXml/

Folder Location for AIX: /usr/local/rmodt/RMODTTomcat/webapps/RMDWeb/
resources/applications/applicationConfigurationXml/

Restart the RMD tool for the changes to take effect.
Q2. The session is timed out and displays the message Your Session has expired while
running the RMD tool

A2. Close the browser and restart the RMD tool.
Q3. An exception occurred while refreshing the RMD tool browser window.
A3. Close the browser and restart the RMD tool.
