b. Secure the power Y-cable in the cable clip, and then connect the common end of the cable to the
GPU cage power connector.
c. Install the coprocessor.
d. Secure the coprocessor with the screw retained from removing the GPU blank (step 4a).
e. Connect the split ends of the power Y-cable to the coprocessor by connecting the 6-pin end to the
lower connector and connecting the 8-pin end to the upper connector.
11. Install the PCI retaining bracket.
12. Install the shipping plate (" Install the shipping brackets and shipping plates " on page 19 ).
The shipping bracket is no longer required after the coprocessor installation. Retain it for future use.
13. Install the server into the chassis (" Installing the server into the chassis " on page 31 ).
14. Connect the peripheral cables.
15. Power up the server (on page 15 ).
