printing a diagnostic page
Follow these steps to print a Diagnostic Page:
from the computer
1. Open the hp inkjet utility .
2. Select the Test panel.
3. Click the Diagnostic button.
The page prints.
or from the printer
1. Press and hold down the Power button.
2. While holding down the Power button, press the Cancel button once.
3. Release the Power button.
The page prints.
