Test Progress displays the progress of the testing. This progress bar has following test modes:

Time—Time passed divided by total time selected (percentage of time completed).

Loops—Loops run divided by total loops (percentage of loops completed).

Single loop—The total percentage complete of all tests divided by total number of tests
(average test percentage completed).

The progress bar percentage changes based upon the kind of test mode is selected.

Time displays the time elapsed for the specific test.

To cancel the test in progress, click Cancel.

To repeat the testing, click Retest.

To view all test failure information, view the Error Log on the Log tab.

In the

Figure 14 (page 25)

the Testing in Progress bar represents the test in progress. The

bar progresses as the tests complete. It has no relation to the time required to complete the test.

The Log tab

The Log tab includes tab views for the five logs containing historical testing and diagnosis
information. Each view provides information about a log type along with UI button commands that
are tailored to handle the log type. The Clear Log and Save Log commands are common to
all logs, which allows you to clear and save logs respectively. HP recommends that you save the
contents of the log to a file before clearing the log.
