Ozone production

This product generates no appreciable ozone gas (O

Power usage drops significantly while in Ready/Sleep mode, which saves natural resources and saves
money without affecting the high performance of this product. This product qualifies for ENERGY

Economode uses significantly less toner, which might extend the life of the print cartridge.

Paper use

This product's manual/optional automatic duplex feature and N-up printing (multiple pages printed on
one page) capability can reduce paper usage and the resulting demands on natural resources.

Plastics

Plastic parts over 25 grams (0.9 oz) are marked according to international standards that enhance the
ability to identify plastics for recycling purposes at the end of the product's life.
