The Print Cartridge Status light is on when one or both of the cartridges is low on ink.
1. Print Cartridge Status light
1. Open the printer's top cover.
2. Note the print cartridge cradle's position. Click the appropriate description below:

Print cartridge cradle is on the left
●
Print cartridge cradle is on the right
●
Print cartridge cradle is in the center
print cartridge cradle is on the left
black or photo print cartridge is low on ink
At some point, print quality will deteriorate. We recommend that you have a
replacement print cartridge available.
If you do not have a replacement available, you may remove the black or the photo
print cartridge and print in reserve mode using only the tri-color print cartridge.
The printer may print more slowly and colors may be altered when using only the tri-
color print cartridge.
