Mount the product installation CD.
Red Hat:
mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
SUSE:
mount /dev/cdrom /media/cdrom

Change to the CD-ROM directory.
Red Hat:
cd /mnt/cdrom/linux/manager
SUSE:
cd /media/cdrom/linux/manager
5.
Extract the RPM package and install it.
rpm --install ./StorMan*.rpm
6.
Unmount the product installation CD.
Red Hat:
umount /mnt/cdrom
SUSE:
umount /media/cdrom

IMPORTANT: You need version 1.3 or later of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). To verify the
JVM version, load JVM and then enter
JAVA -VERSION.
If you must upgrade JVM, you
might also need to get the latest operating system support pack from the Novell website.
1.
Insert the product installation CD.
2.
At the command prompt, enter
load cdrom,
and then press the Enter key.
3.
At the command prompt, enter:
xx_yy_zz:\netware\manager\install
where xx is the product CD, yy is the version number, and zz is the release
number. For example:
adptcd_v2_01
The installation program begins.
4.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
