printer is not printing
Verify the following:
• The printer is connected to the power source.
• The cable connections are secure.
• The printer is turned on.
• The media is correctly placed in the paper tray.
• The printer’s top cover is closed.
• The duplexer or Rear Access Door is attached.
• If the Power light is blinking, the printer is in the process of
printing.
• If the Resume light is blinking, press the
Resume
button.
Select the topic that best describes the problem:
• ink cartridge needs to be replaced
• printheads need to be replaced
• ink delivery system not working
If none of the above solves the problem, then uninstall and reinstall the printer
software.
