VisionAire and VisionAire V Oxygen Concentrator with Air Outlet Option


The following information will acquaint you with the operation of the Air Outlet option for the
VisionAire / VisionAire V. The Air Outlet enables a patient to use a nebulizing device.

Make sure you read and understand all the information in the patient manual about operating the
VisionAire / VisionAire V Oxygen Concentrator before attempting to use the Air Outlet. Should
you have any questions, your Equipment Provider will be happy to answer them for you.


In the event of an alarm, or if you are experiencing any signs of discomfort, consult
your Equipment Provider and /or your physician immediately.


This unit is not a life-support device. Geriatric, pediatric, or any other patient unable to
communicate discomfort while using this oxygen concentrator may require additional
monitoring. Patients with hearing and/or sight impairments may need assistance with
monitoring the alarms. Consult your physician immediately if you are experiencing
any signs of discomfort.


Oxygen concentration may be reduced when the Air Outlet is in use or if a nebulizing
attachment is not used.


The fitting should always be removed from the Air Outlet when it is not in use.

Do not operate the air outlet without a nebulizer attached.


The VisionAire / VisionAire V Air Outlet provides 6 liters per minute (LPM) at 12
psig (83 kPa) when using nebulizer kit R0132.


Oxygen is not delivered at the Air Outlet.
