5. Launching TeleNav
1. Press the Menu button to expose the application list. Tap the TeleNav icon
to launch TeleNav or use the trackball.
2. After starting TeleNav, the splash screen will appear for a few seconds.
Registration
1. The TeleNav User Agreement appears. If you agree to the terms, choose Accept to continue.
2. This screen will collect your first and last name, along with your email address. Use the trackball to move the
cursor between the fields.
3. The TeleNav Warning screen appears. If you agree to the terms, choose Go to continue.
4. The first time you launch TeleNav, you will be offered a brief tour. If you decide to skip the tour now, you can
always launch it in Tools & More >> Product Tour.
5. During your first use of TeleNav, the phone will download the audible and graphical content needed to build the
displays and produce audible messages. The alert screen similar to that shown on the right advises you that this
is taking place. The time it takes to complete the download depends on whether you are in 3G or EDGE
coverage.
