Deleting Recorded Locations
The View Locations menu option also allows
you to delete the previously recorded locations
that you no longer wish to save. Highlight the
location you want to delete then press the Menu
key. Select delete from the menu list and verify
that you wish to delete the selected location.
NOTE: There is no provision for recovering an
unfortunate deletion!
Preferences
If you select Preferences you can:
• Set the displayed Distance units to
either feet and miles or kilometers and
meters.
•
Set the Route type to fastest or shortest,
using or avoiding highways or select
pedestrian routes.
•
Turn the Backlight Always On or use the
Device Settings. To prevent the backlight
from turning off while you are driving, the
recommended setting is Always On.
• Set Nav Screen to preferred mode.
