ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove 5/8” X 5” bolt through hub of unit coulter.
2. Using 5/8” X 6” bolt supplied, attach the 2967-226 and 227 adjustment plates to the sides
of the coulter. Torque the castle nut before tightening any other bolts. Torque to 150 in.
lbs., rotate blade/bearings while applying final torque. Move the nut to the next locking
position, install cotter pin.
3. Attach the 2967-389 combo arms to the 5/8” X 2” bolts with the 9/16” bushings, flat
washers and lock nuts supplied. Tighten the 5/8” X 2” bolts and nuts securely.
4. Insert combo adjustment into appropriate hole to hold parts in position and secure with
hair pin cotter.
5. Attach the spoke wheels to the combo arm with ‘D’ bolts, hex nuts and lock washers.
Torque 150 ft.lbs.
