INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Assemble an adjustment plate to each side of the frame mounted coulter with the ½ X 1-
1/2” and 3/8 X 1-1/4” bolts & locknuts supplied in bolt bag number 2967-141. Refer to
parts drawing for details of assembly.
2. Assemble an arm W.A. to each adjustment plate using ½ X 2-1/2” bolt, flat washer and
locknut. Do not over tighten this bolt, it acts as a pivot for the arm. Secure the arm in
position with the Combo Adjustment Pin.
3. Assemble the Residue Manager wheels to the arms.
4. Attach the spoke wheel/hub assemblies to the arms of the Residue Manager Attachment, do
not forget the ¾” spacer, necessary for correct location of wheels. Torque 150 ft.lbs.
5. Adjust the wheels in the field to engage residue only for most effective use.
