Disconnect the throttle, and cruise control cables from the throttle linkage.

Step 5

Disconnect the electrical connectors from the throttle position sensor (TPS), and idle air control (IAC) motor.

Step 6

body fro the intake manifold using extreme caution not to drop any objects down into the intake manifold open-

Step 7

Using stock hardware, transfer over the TPS and IAC valve to the BBK throttle body.

Step 8

Carefully wipe the stock rubber gasket and place the throttle body adapter plate onto the manifold making sure

ware.

Step 10

Reinstall the throttle bracket bolt, throttle and cruise control cable, TPS/IAC connectors, and the air filter ducting.

Step 11

Reconnect the negative battery terminal, and start vehicle. Let engine idle without revving, etc. for a few minutes,

If the vehicle idles lower than stock after the run-in period. you may adjust the stop screw (cw) slightly to bring
the idle to the correct speed.
