- Step 1: Download the flash software
- Step 2: Unzip the file to your desktop
- Step 3: Browse to the flash_tool folder and double-click RCC_2010
- Step 4: Click "Setting" ( "RCC Config"
- Step 5: Under the 2nd tab, check "Update Flash" and browse for the RTS5301_DL_V30_2012092814.bin file
- Step 6: Under the Firmware Information tab, ensure nothing is checked
- Step 7: Under "Card and Device" tab, remove all options from the left side box using the arrow buttons and then click OK
- Step 8: Set up will inform you either Update Flash Pass or Update Flash Fail
