Press the [ L] key to open the disc tray and then insert the disc. 1 1
Playing a Disc
Press the [CD/DVD D] key.

Insert and play the disc.
If a disc is already inserted, simply press the z [CD/DVD D] key to turn the system on
and begin playback.
Insert the disc that the labeled z
side faces upwards and the
disc sits snugly in the tray.
Press the [ L] key to close the disc tray.
The "READING" message fl ashes while the unit is reading the information on the
disc.

This section explains how to play a disc. As well as normal playback, you can use folder
playback, random playback, repeat playback and program playback.

When playing a DVD, the menu screen may display on the TV screen first. In z
such case, follow the menu screen. (See P.34)
* Mix mode combines the CD-DA format with audio fi les, such as MP3 and WMA.
