MCPCFG Command Summary

The following shows a summary of all commands supported by MCPCFG.EXE:`

Stop (if started) and re-start MCP
drivers (NT only)

mcpcfg stop

Stop (if started) MCP drivers (NT
only)

mcpcfg osver

Determine OS version.

mcpcfg reboot

Display the standard “Reboot
Needed” dialog box, re-boot if user
answers “Yes”

mcpcfg msg <message text>

Display a message box; wait for
user to click OK.

mcpcfg wait <command line>

Start a GUI-based Win32 process
and wait for it to terminate.
