Alarm Time: enter a time for this task to begin. Use the Right Navigation key to
select AM or PM for the start time of the scheduled event and press the Select
soft key.

Alert Tone: allows you to choose an alarm tone. Once highlighted, press the
key to select this audio file.

Priority: allows you assign the task a priority (1, 2, or 3).

When you have finished, press the
key to save this new appointment
entry.
Tools
The Tools menu includes the Note, Calculator, Converter, World Time, Timer, and
Stopwatch. To access this menu, use the following steps:
1.
When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key.
2.
Select My Stuff and press the Select soft key or the
key.
3.
Using the Up or Down Navigation key, highlight Applications and press the
Select soft key or the
key.
4.
Highlight Tools and press the Select soft key or the
key.
The following menu items are displayed.
Note
This option allows you to create notes to add to your events.
1.
Highlight Note and press the Select soft key or the
key.
2.
A blank New Memo screen displays. Enter your text and press the Save soft
key.
Enter the category you wish to select and press the Select soft key.
Calculator
With this feature, you can use the phone as a calculator. The calculator provides the
basic arithmetic functions; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
1.
Highlight Calculator and press the Select soft key or the
key.
2.
Enter the first number using the numeric keys.
Note: To include a decimal point or a bracket, press the left soft key until the symbol you want displays.
3.
Enter the operation for your calculation by pressing the Navigation keys,
according to the illustration on the display.
4.
Enter the second number.
5.
To view the result, press the
key.
